I don't know if anyone will be able to even estimate the value of Windsor Castle but I would really like to know. If anyone has read somewhere or been there and found out please let me know. Not that I could even afford the garage haha but I would love to know.

Windsor estate is valued at £166m (castle and grounds). That's not a guess the estate is actually valued every year by the "crown estate" management even though it is not going to be sold.
The Penthouse, One Hyde Park was sold for £100 million. Are all the buildings of Windsor Castle interconnected or does a person have to go outside to all of it?

No, there are lots of separate buildings within the outer walls of the castle - houses, offices, chapels as well ast the 'royal palace' bit.
Windsor Castle is divided into 2 wards or areas by the Round Tower keep. The lower ward has St George's Chapel roughly in the middle of it and dozens of separate, non-interconnecting buildings around the outside.
The upper ward has the royal apartments and although they stretch an enormous distance round 3 sides of a vast courtyard they do indeed all interconnect so the Queen doesn't have to put her boots on and run outside between bedroom and breakfast table :-))
