Out of curiousocity, how many bedrooms are in the white house private quarters. Also, what type of rooms are in the private quarters? (I know obviously living type rooms) but i have always wondered.
Answer
According to the map in the image below, five:
West Bedroom
East Bedroom
Queens Bedroom (so called because Mamie Eisenhower felt it was so regal, only monarchs should stay there)
President's Bedroom

Q.
Answer
The second floor family residence includes the Yellow Oval Room, East and West Sitting Halls, the White House Master Bedroom, President's Dining Room, the Treaty Room, Lincoln Bedroom and Queens' Bedroom, as well as two additional bedrooms, a smaller kitchen, and a private dressing room. That comes out to 5.
