I knew that an intruder had broken into Buckingham Palace (right?) and was found sitting in the Queen's bedroom. But my hair stylist, who's from England, told me that when the man was released from prison, he did the same thing again to show the fallibility of the Palace security. Is that correct?

No, your hairdresser is wrong.
It was not the same man and there has been only one incident.

Also suggest that...since Queen now little bit old....then must surely have had time for look in all room. Perhaps can say 'natural curiosity' when young mean has had opportunity also perhaps desire for have look.
