A furniture brand you might want to look into is Prepac furniture. It's the type of furniture you have to assemble yourself, but it's much nicer than any other furniture of that type I've ever come across. I was apprehensive to try it, but I didn't want to settle for the assembled furniture I was finding for the price I wanted to pay. I'm glad I gave it a chance - it's great! I'll include a link below to where I got it :)

can some one give me average on what they achieved with RTB on 1 bedroom flat within camden after 5 years>? Can you get a buy to let morgage if was to move in with GF?

Right-to-buy discounts are set nationally rather than by individual councils.
For flats, the basic discount after five years is 50%. For every complete year you've been a public-sector tenant you get an extra 2% discount, up to 70% discount or a maximum of £75,000** .
**The £75,000 cap is new since April 2012 and applies to properties in England.
Your discount will be less if the council (or NHS, or whoever your public-sector landlord is) has spent money building or maintaining your flat over the past 10 years. If that amount comes to more than the flat is now worth, you won't get any discount.
Also, if you've bought somewhere before using the RTB scheme, the discount you got then will be subtracted from the RTB discount you'll get on this flat.
As for a buy-to-let mortgage if you move in with your girlfriend... that will depend a great deal on your own financial history. But in principle, yes, you can get a buy-to-let mortgage for an ex-council flat.
Renting out your flat is one thing, but if you sell it in the five years after you've bought under RTB, you'll have to pay the discount back.
