i need to furnish my entire home (living room set,bedroom set,dining set,kitchen,etc.)?

i just bought a house and it is completely empty.i want to save money on furnishing it by buying in packages and in bulk.i have $8,000 set aside for this and want to finsh the entire home with it.including t.v.s, pool table, bathroom.does anyone have any suggestions or advice that could help me?

Congrats on your Home Purchase. First I would make a Budget per room, a list of everything you want in each room. Next, I would find a store in your area that sells furniture being living room and Dining room sets within the same store. By shopping within your designated budget for each room be flexible in the amounts and needs of the room. Typically, I would say your living room overall will cost more. If you shop for all at the one store before purchasing, ask for a discount. Yep, that right ask that sales rep. why not? Everything in life is negotiable. The stores give discounts and in this economy will want your business. After all, this is no small purchase your making. Make them work a little for your good business! The last thing on your list of necessities, might be the pool table. Sad to say but is true. Again as in all things in life remain flexible. If you have to wait a bit longer no harm done. After all, you were wise enough to set aside money for the furniture, I tend to think you will be wise enough with your spending too!
