My bedroom walls are painted a light blue so lots of colours go really well with it but I'm unsure how to create this beachy, bohemian but chic look.
I've got an old antique queen anne dresser made of mahogany that I can sit at and I was wondering what else I could get to create this style.
Answer
Definitely try making one of these lampshades, very chic, but beachy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbdr75OTWw8&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Where are the best places for a 26-year old professional to live in the Seattle area?
Q. Also, what is the average cost of a 1-bedroom apartment in this area?
Answer
Depends on a lot of things. Seattle has many sub areas which can be drastically different. Ballard or Queen Anne would be nice and not too far away from downtown if you need to work there. If you're crazy you might like Capitol Hill or the U District. And for a 1 bedroom apartment I think that $800 is a pretty good estimate. Anything less and you might have to worry about the quality of the building and area. The city housing page has some useful info, good luck:
